ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
1. Students are ordinarily admitted at the beginning of the academic year. Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the Management and that the Management has the right to decide on what conditions it will admit or retain pupils in the school provided such conditions are in conformity with the Grant-in-Aid Code and the instructions issued by the proper authority from time to time.
2. For admission to be finalized a Leaving Certificate from the last school attended has to be produced.
3. Donations at the time of admission are strictly prohibited.
4. Application for a Leaving Certificate shall be made in writing in the form attached at the end of the hand-book by the parent/ guardian, one month before the last date on which the certificate is required.
5. For withdrawal of a student a calendar month's notice is to be given in writing by the parent/guardian in the form attached at the end of the calendar. Failure to give the required notice, will necessitate the payment of a month's fee. Pupils who desire to discontinue studies should take their Leaving Certificate immediately.
6. No Leaving Certificate is given unless all sums due to the school have been paid in full.
7. Irregular attendance, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
