The Secondary section consists of classes from V –X standard. We have a current school population of 1,074 pupils. The school considers it vital to maintain an overall personality of every pupil enrolled. It has been named after our late trustee Mr. Mohammad Husain Allana.
We began with 62 pupils enrolled in 1990 in Std V with one division. Today we have grown to 17 divisions and have successfully completed 15 S.S.C batches. In the Junior college we started in 2001 with 185 students with one division of Science and one division of Commerce.
Both the school and junior college is co-ed in nature.
